We consider the education of any child to be a partnership between the parents and our school, but this is especially vital during the earliest years of formal education. That’s why we focus on parental engagement throughout the admissions and education process for our Pre-Kindergarten program.
Students must be at least 3-years-old and fully potty trained to be admitted to the PK program. Families are required to tour the campus and meet with our Pre-K Director so that everyone involved can determine if our school is the best environment for that child.
Families should fill out the inquiry form and then they will be contacted to set up a tour. After the tour, the family will be sent a link to the enrollment application to be completed so the child can be placed in a classroom or on the waiting list. Payment of the Application Fee is required to hold a place for enrollment. Application Fee is non-refundable but will be applied toward enrollment fee when the child enrolls. We offer rolling enrollment, which means your child can apply and potentially be admitted during any time of the school year, if an opening is available.
Special Needs Enrollment
BCA enrolls students with special needs and students classified as special education if it is determined that BCA can meet the needs of the students. While we strive to admit all students whose families desire placement at BCA, unfortunately, we cannot meet the needs of all students with special needs. The final determination for the placement of special needs students is made by the Admission Committee with information from school staff, families, previous school records, and student assessments.
