Tuition and Fee Policies

  1. An annual, non-refundable registration fee is assessed to register the student for the regular school year, and an additional registration fee for students participating in summer programs will also be assessed.
  2. The non-refundable Curriculum Fees are due on both August 1 and January 1. The student may withdraw from BCA at any time after giving a two-week notice.
  3. A late fee may be assessed to past due accounts in accordance with school board policy.
  4. Tuition is calculated by the number of days in the school year or summer term, and not by the number of days in a month.
  5. Continued non-payment may result in student dismissal.
  6. A charge of $25 will be applied for all returned checks. After the second returned check, fees will be accepted only in cash or money orders.
  7. No credit or refunds of tuition shall be given for the days school is closed or the schedule is modified for inclement weather or emergencies.
  8. Payments for any period of time less than annually with be subject to a 3% convenience fee unless the payment is made through automatic ACH debit.
  9. Multiple children or 2nd child or any additional children will receive 10% off their tuition.
  10.  A 2.5% discount is available if tuition is paid in full before the first day of school.
  11. We offer monthly and semester-based payment plans.
  12. Payment methods include ACH (auto-draft), online payment, credit/debit card, cash, check. All non-ACH payments will be charged a 3% convenience fee.
