Job Responsibilities:

• Adhere to and model the mission and philosophy of Bentonville Christian Academy
• Provide a safe, thriving, and respectful environment for all students in the classroom and on the school campus
• Follow curriculum to meet developmental goals and instructional activities
• Prepare lesson materials, maintain student progress via assessment, manage the classroom, and evaluate and give feedback to students
• Exercise open and respectful communication with parents, co-workers, supervisors, and other school staff
• Provide frequent progress reports as required of program policies
• Document records on attendance, discipline, and other events as outlined in program policies
• Attend professional development based on teacher licensure requirements, if applicable, and program policies
• Manage student behavior following the school’s mission and guidelines
