Job Responsibilities: 

• Implementation of  Teachers lesson plans
• Encourage and model social behavior and expectations which are developmentally appropriate
• Classroom and behavior management
  • Utilize conscious discipline and other resource
• Adhere to and model the mission and philosophy of Bentonville Christian Academy
• Provide a safe, thriving, and respectful environment for all students in the classroom and on the school campus
• Assisting children with their daily needs
• Exercise open and respectful communication with parents, co-workers, supervisors, and other school staff
